Behind the Fat Margaret tower is St. Olaf’s Church overlooks everything. Believed originally built in the 12th centry, it was the tallest structure in the world for several hundred years.

From the overlook at the top of the city. You can see the towers of the city wall, the bell tower of St. Olaf’s Church and a balloon you can ride to get a view of the city.

Built around 1900. Those Orthodox Cathedrals are always amazing.

We asked a German lady to take a shot of us. One of the few we ran in to that spoke almost no English and so we had to do a little bit of pantomime to show her how to work the D7200.

Olde Hansa - where we had lunch.
No electricity. All traditional foods cooked in the original way and served on original dishes.
Waitresses at Olde Hansa
While we were waiting for lunch, the waitresses walked in and out of the main building. The dark background, the period costumes and door frames made for easy shots.
All drinks were served in period crude ceramic cups.
